Sprinkle Town
Little c and her friend treated us parents to some seriously nummy cupcakes. They essentially made them all on their own, decorated the table, came up with a name for their bakery, and served us cupcakes along with asking for our drink orders.

Low Carb Pizza crust
B-real had a hankering for pizza over the weekend and it's tricky with crust being full of carbohydrates. I found a recipe with crust made from cheese. And it worked out really well. We had it for dinner last night and it was nearly as good as real crust.
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2.) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3.) Line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
4.) Spread the mixture thinly to the edges of the parchment paper.
5.) Cook for 15-20 minutes.
6.) Check for browning on edges of the crust. If so, turn oven down to 400 degrees.
7.) Once browned, add your toppings.
***We used a Green Mill pizza sauce that only has 3 grams of carbs. There was actually 1 gram of fiber so the net carbs were only 2 grams.
8.) Turn the oven to broil.
9.) Return the pizza to the oven for a few minutes until the toppings have cooked.
Enjoy!!
